Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production performance, enforcing strict quality and safety standards, and holding teams accountable. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage people, processes, and production demands without constant oversight.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage electrical production teams to meet daily and weekly production targets
- Hold Team Leads and technicians accountable for performance, quality, and attendance
- Provide clear direction, priorities, and expectations at the start of each shift
- Actively monitor production floor activity and address issues in real time
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Mechanical, and other departments to eliminate bottlenecks
- Identify and resolve production issues including material shortages, quality defects, and workflow gaps
- Ensure all electrical assemblies meet company standards and engineering specifications
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and immediately address unsafe behavior
- Lead daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and production huddles
- Review and ensure accuracy of end-of-shift reports, productivity, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, organization, and team performance
- 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing, industrial production, or related field
- 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce standards, and drive results
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability, urgency, and ownership
- Willingness to be hands-on and present on the production floor daily
