In this role, you will play a key part in shaping, scaling, and optimizing global benefits programs that support a highly distributed, international workforce. You will design and launch new benefits initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless execution of benefits operations across multiple countries. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will help define best practices and improve employee experience through innovative, data-driven benefits solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to navigate complex global benefits landscapes. This is a high-impact position where strategic thinking meets operational execution in a fast-moving, global environment. You will also contribute to building scalable processes that support continued growth and workforce diversity worldwide.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee expectations:
- Design, launch, and continuously improve global benefits programs tailored to a distributed workforce.
- Manage renewals of existing benefits plans and ensure cost efficiency and compliance across markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, brokers, and external benefits providers.
- Develop clear, high-quality materials and documentation to support internal and external benefits communication.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders and clients on complex benefits-related topics.
- Create and refine scalable processes to support growing global operations and ensure operational excellence.
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving complex benefits queries and improving employee experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in benefits management within global or fast-scaling environments, combining operational precision with strategic thinking:
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits, ideally within a broker, startup, or large-scale international organization.
- Strong operational experience managing and administering benefits programs end-to-end.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex topics clearly.
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform decisions and optimize programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of global workforce trends and interest in the future of work.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to design innovative, scalable solutions.
