Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the weld department in day-to-day activities
· Identify opportunities for improvements across the department; collaborate with relevant personnel to enact improvements
· Prepare weld procedures when needed
· Support quality standards; conduct weld inspections in conjunction with the quality department
· Support development of weld personnel, including coaching and training
· Ensure a clean and safe department; adhere to and enforce all safety procedures
· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:Qualifications:
· 5+ years welding experience
· Level II Certified Weld Inspector
· Ability to conduct NDT processes, including VT, PT, & MT
· Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work across multiple teams
· Previous leadership experience a plus
· Familiarity with ISO standards
