As a Residential Service Technician, you will:

Perform residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations

Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions

Educate homeowners on their plumbing systems and guide service decisions

Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options professionally

Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and local plumbing codes

Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and integrity

Maintain clean work areas and manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Document work using ServiceTitan

We’re looking for technicians who bring:

2+ years of residential plumbing experience, including service calls

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to safety

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
