Essential Functions
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, clerical, and operational support to the Office of Student Engagement and Enrichment. This role will support student engagement programs, student services, and office operations through coordination, recordkeeping, and direct student and leader assistance. The Administrative Assistant will work in collaboration with the Program Manager to ensure efficient daily operations and a welcoming, well organized student experience.
Physical Effort
Incumbent is expected to move about Scaife Hall particularly and the University and UPMC generally. Incumbent is expected to able to lift and move as necessary objects (e.g., equipment and materials of approx. 10 to 25 lbs.) and push carts with materials and supplies.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional need for evening and weekend hours for special events. **Hybrid work arrangement may be offered consisting of 2 days remote and 3 days onsite upon successful completion of the provisional period. **Must be within commuting distance of the University to be considered for this position.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Combination of On-Campus and Remote work as determined by the department.
Hiring Range: Between $17.74 to $22.17 per hour
