This role is a high-impact, client-facing leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key mobile advertisers. The Sales Director will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and deal closing to onboarding and ongoing account management. You will represent the company at industry events, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Technology, and Revenue Operations to ensure exceptional results. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex deals while building long-term trust with clients. It offers the opportunity to shape the North American sales strategy in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, client satisfaction, and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Accountabilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key advertisers and agencies to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, evangelizing programmatic mobile advertising
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, and global Sales peers to optimize sales strategies and client outcomes
  • Drive local initiatives aligned with global sales objectives, tracking performance and providing actionable feedback
  • Analyze client and market data to inform strategy, address challenges proactively, and strengthen the company brand
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record exceeding quotas in SaaS, media, or AdTech
  • Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, particularly programmatic advertising
  • Established network of app advertisers and agencies
  • Experience managing complex deals, pricing, and performance analysis
  • Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Analytical skills to navigate contract and performance metrics
  • Technical or quantitative background (engineering, math, or science degree) is a plus
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote-first, dynamic environment
