Position Overview
John Garfinkel - State Farm Agency is seeking a Remote Bilingual (Polish/English) State Farm Experience Team Member who will work with clients virtually to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions. This position allows qualified licensed insurance professionals to serve clients from a remote work setting while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client insurance needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on client goals
• Provide professional service and follow-up through phone, email, or video
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support agency retention and policy review efforts
• Collaborate with team members remotely to meet performance goals

Qualifications
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance license required
• Recent State Farm experience is a must.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Home-based work setup with reliable internet connectivity

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
