Key Responsibilities

• You will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring systems run efficiently and safely
• Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Installation: Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls according to codes and specifications
• Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal system checks
• Communication: Communicate clearly with clients to recommend long-term solutions and ensure smooth scheduling
• Documentation: Complete work orders and time logs accurately
• Safety: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all protocols

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
• Certification: Valid EPA Certification required
• Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Requirements: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, and accountability
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
