Witschi Construction Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of custom residential construction projects. This office-based role is the communication hub for our project teamscoordinating with field personnel, vendors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain organized project documentation: plans, permits, change orders, and selections.
Assist with scheduling subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
Track client selections, changes, and approvals in real time.
Submit utility and permit applications as needed.
Prepare and track bids, contracts, and vendor compliance documents (e.g., W-9s, insurance).
Communicate clearly with vendors and trades to confirm scopes and timelines.
Liaise with designers and clients to meet decision deadlines.
Provide timely updates to clients and internal team on project progress.
Support invoice tracking, budget reporting, and purchase orders.
Help finalize projects by assembling manuals, collecting final photos, and preparing handoff materials.
5+ years of experience in construction administration or coordination (residential preferred).
Bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communicator.
Ability to read and understand basic construction plans.
Proficient in Excel, email, and general project tracking tools.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, flexible problem-solver with a leadership mindset.
