We are looking for experience Biscom Fax Server Administrator (Contract) to support our US team via remote.

Location: Remote-Residing PH/US
Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Duration: Short term Contract
Shift: US Day Shift (8 hours shift)
Equipment: Company Provided

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Biscom Fax Server, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Design, configure, and implement fax server solutions, including integration with Windows Server, AD, and M365.
• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Support network connectivity and configuration as it relates to fax transmission.
• Document configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Assist in migration, upgrades, or expansion projects related to fax and messaging services

Requirements:

• Proven experience administering Biscom Fax Server in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with Active Directory and M365 integration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN, ports relevant to fax transmission).
• Ability to assist in design, build, and configuration projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in remote or distributed IT environments.
• Familiarity with security compliance and best practices for messaging services.

Work Arrangement:

• Remote role; location flexible (Philippines or US).
