- Translate business and product goals into user-centered solutions that drive key metrics such as activation, retention, and adoption.
- Design and iterate on complex workflows within accounting, financial operations, and broader business management experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers to define, prototype, and implement cohesive product experiences.
- Advocate for professional user needs, ensuring accessible, intuitive, and consistent end-to-end experiences across multiple product areas.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and maintain high standards for usability, interaction clarity, and visual polish.
- Integrate AI and automation-driven solutions into workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 25 years of experience in product or UX design, ideally with exposure to financial or professional services workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, process, and measurable impact on complex product flows.
- Experience designing for data-heavy, multi-product ecosystems or SaaS platforms.
- High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with usability testing, user research, and analytics-informed design decisions.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve user workflows is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range: $100,000 $130,000 USD.
