Job Overview

Jeffco Development Corp is seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential construction projects from permitting through final punch. This hybrid role combines the leadership of daily on-site operations with project management responsibilitiesensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction are achieved. You'll collaborate closely with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal team to deliver beautifully crafted custom builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion.

• Supervise on-site activities, subcontractors, and daily construction operations.

• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, quality control, and schedule adherence.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and trades throughout the project.

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.

• Track cost-to-complete, manage change orders, and report project financials in coordination with the project coordinator.

• Coordinate inspections, materials, deliveries, and subcontractor timelines.

• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and manage punch list resolution.

• Review shop drawings, material proposals, and timesheets for T&M work.

• Maintain daily reports, documentation, and progress photos.

• Resolve issues on-site with professionalism and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction management.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and crews effectively.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes and luxury home construction methods.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Buildertrend.

• Skilled communicator with excellent organizational abilities.

• Carpentry backgrounds are a plus.

• Self-motivated, optimistic, punctual, charismatic, and tech-savvy.
