We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy professional to bridge business strategy and AI solution delivery. In this role, you will work closely with sales and delivery teams to identify high-impact AI use cases, assess business value, and ensure alignment with measurable outcomes. You will guide clients through the adoption of AI technologies, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights. This position offers the opportunity to influence AI strategy, drive customer success, and contribute to innovative, enterprise-level solutions across diverse industries.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with clients to evaluate business value, ROI, and strategic viability of AI initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between presales assessments and technical solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
  • Facilitate meetings with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to maintain project visibility and alignment.
  • Generate strategic materials, documentation, and presentations that clearly communicate AI solutions and benefits.
  • Lead client discussions to present AI strategies and influence adoption decisions.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to customize AI solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Develop deep industry expertise over time, becoming a trusted advisor within specific sectors.

Requirements:

  • Background in technology business analysis or related fields.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable AI strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and focus on achieving measurable outcomes from AI investments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations and client interactions.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with sales and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, preferably with Microsoft partner experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
    Preferred:
  • Demonstrated experience in AI presales, client-facing strategy, or Microsoft solution services.
  • Ability to synthesize technical and business insights for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Innovative thinker with a continuous learning mindset.
