Construction Project Coordinator at Clark's Quality Roofing – Murray, Utah

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedProject Coordinator to support our Commercial Roofing Service Team. This role works directly with the Service Manager to help coordinate projects, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.

• Provide day-to-day support to the Service Manager in managing service projects
• Assist with scheduling crews, service calls, and project timelines
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed
• Communicate with clients regarding job status, scheduling, and updates
• Prepare and track work orders, proposals, and job documentation
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are maintained
• Support billing processes, including job costing and invoice preparation
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure proper documentation
• Assist with safety compliance and adherence to company standards

• At least13 years of experience in construction, roofing, or project coordination (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with project management software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus, but not required
