Licensed Practical Nurse (LN II) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking an LPN with office experience and current IV certification. The position is full-time. A detail-orientated, dependable, organized nurse who is able to multitask and has demonstrated a consistent work history will be the candidate chosen for the job! Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: documentation on our electronic medical record, responding promptly and appropriately to patient phone calls, ordering tests, prescriptions, medication reconciliation, phoning in prescriptions, and medication administration. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Generally, you will not be required to work weekends and holidays, but in certain specialty clinics this may be a requirement.
