This role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the strategic execution of sales programs across multiple markets, including federal, defense, and international government clients. The Director will lead cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, align resources, and ensure timely delivery of customer commitments. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, this position enables the business to anticipate market trends, prioritize initiatives, and maximize revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with operations, finance, product, and marketing teams to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. - Lead and manage the execution of sales programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and territory plans.
- Develop and oversee program budgets, allocating resources effectively to meet strategic priorities.
- Support business development initiatives and execution of sales campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with production operations, engineering, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a key advisor to sales, operations, finance, and product teams, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
- 15+ years of professional experience in program management, sales operations, or equivalent leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and briefings.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
