Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&I Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the F&I department by providing guidance, training, and support to team members
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize F&I product sales and profitability
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to F&I processes
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and present suitable financing and insurance options
• Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Foster a team-oriented environment focused on collective success and growth

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role within the automotive or related industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Deep understanding of F&I products, financing options, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• At least 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager
• Strong knowledge of financing and insurance options
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• CDK experience preferred
