This is a rare opportunity to shape and establish a product management function from the ground up within a high-impact hospitality technology portfolio. You will define product strategy, build operating models, and lead roadmap execution for a critical part of a broader revenue and profit optimization platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver products that directly influence customer profitability and decision-making. - Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for the HotStats portfolio, translating business objectives into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Build the product management operating model from the ground up, including governance, prioritization frameworks, and delivery standards.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product execution.
- Establish and drive portfolio-level decision-making, determining what to build, enhance, or retire based on business and customer value.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering accountability, excellence, and growth.
- Represent the product organization in executive forums and customer engagements, influencing strategic priorities and adoption.
- Continuously assess market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to ensure product differentiation and relevance.
- 9+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with increasing scope and ownership.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing product management teams.
- Proven experience defining portfolio-level product strategy and delivering complex roadmaps across multiple initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership decisions.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Experience building or scaling product management functions from the ground up is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hospitality technology or financial data products (e.g., hotel P&L, benchmarking, USALI) is a strong plus.
- Experience in transformation environments such as post-acquisition integration or platform evolution is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a focus on impact and execution.
