Justice Involved Navigator at Community Action Partnership of Kern – Bakersfield, California

SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Reentry Program Manager, the Justice Involved Navigator will provide support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness who are justice involved. The Justice Involved Navigator will implement appropriate interventions and support systems that address the underlying factors contributing to homelessness and criminal behavior. In this role, the Justice Involved Navigator will play a crucial part in aiding individuals to navigate the complex intersection of homelessness and the criminal legal system.
