Who We’re Looking For

You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and knows how to motivate a team to deliver results. You bring strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. You’re equally comfortable managing people, improving processes, and jumping in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, productivity, and efficiency. You’ll lead a team of warehouse associates, manage inventory processes, and partner cross-functionally to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities.
  • Supervise and develop a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
  • Verify shipping and receiving accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and oversee inventory control processes.
  • Enforce warehouse safety programs in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Ensure team members are properly trained and certified on warehouse equipment.
  • Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and order fulfillment accuracy.
  • Partner with HR on payroll, policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Review and approve timesheets and manage overtime effectively.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, including inventory, receiving, and picking errors.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and equipment repairs with Operations leadership.
  • Step in to perform warehouse functions as needed to support the team.
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with inventory control, warehouse processes, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); ShipStation a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Forklift experience required.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (60+ minutes)
  • Frequent bending, squatting, and repetitive movements
  • Ability to sit and use computers and office equipment as needed
Work Environment
  • Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and conditions
  • Regular interaction with machinery and warehouse equipment
  • Potential exposure to noise, dust, and operational hazards
