In this role, you will act as a central driver of growth strategy, planning, and operational excellence across multiple markets and channels. You will transform complex performance data into clear, actionable decisions that shape where time, budget, and resources are invested for maximum impact. Working closely with Growth, Product, Data, and Finance teams, you will ensure alignment on targets, assumptions, and trade-offs. You will own forecasting, planning cycles, and the operating cadence for Growth, helping the organization stay focused, efficient, and data-driven. This position is highly strategic and analytical, requiring strong business judgment and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in improving capital allocation efficiency and unlocking incremental growth across regions. The environment is fast-paced, cross-functional, and deeply focused on measurable outcomes.
You will own and drive the end-to-end Growth planning and operations framework, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and performance measurement. You will be responsible for turning data and assumptions into clear decisions that optimize growth investments across regions and channels.
- Own forecasting, planning, and operating cadence for Growth, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and weekly performance tracking.
- Build and maintain scenario models, pacing frameworks, and planning logic to support decision-making and target setting.
- Analyze performance across regions and channels to identify opportunities for improved ROI, efficiency, and incremental growth.
- Provide strategic recommendations on capital allocation using CAC, LTV, ROI, and incrementality insights.
- Partner closely with Data, Finance, Product, and Growth teams to ensure alignment on targets, assumptions, and business trade-offs.
- Translate analytical outputs into actionable strategies, ensuring insights are operationalized across teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and process improvements to enhance speed, clarity, and execution quality across Growth operations.
You bring strong experience in growth strategy, business operations, consulting, or FP&A, with a proven ability to manage complex planning cycles and influence strategic decisions. You are highly analytical, structured, and comfortable working in fast-moving, data-rich environments.
- 7+ years of experience in Growth Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, Strategy & Operations, or Management Consulting.
- Strong experience with forecasting models, scenario planning, and capital allocation frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Experience working with CAC/LTV models, ROI analysis, and performance optimization frameworks.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and actionable business decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, subscription, or travel industries is a plus.
