Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse located in Williamsville, NY. The Licensed Practical Nurse will assist in providing compassionate patient care, take vital signs, administer medications, and document patient information accurately. The LPN will also support physicians with examinations, treatments, and procedures, while maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment. Other responsibilities include educating patients about health management, addressing their concerns, and ensuring adherence to care protocols.
Qualifications

1. Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in New York State

2. Proficiency in taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures

3. Strong skills in patient care, communication, and education

4. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and accurate documentation practices

5. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare providers and staff

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills

7. Basic life support (BLS) certification

8. One year of experience in a clinical, hospital, or outpatient setting is preferred but not required
