Position Purpose
The Donor Care Specialist provides high touch donors with outstanding, solutions-focused experience delivered with excellence, timeliness, and accuracy. This role ensures all donor interactions align with the legal, operational, and ministry requirements of a donor advised fund (DAF) sponsoring organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from donors, advisors and recipient organizations Utilize The Signatry’s CRM solution, HubSpot, to create and manage communication records Guide new potential donors through the process of establishing a fund, which includes talking through The Signatry's granting policy and Biblical values, expectations related to grant and contribution processing, investment options and fee structure Teach donors and advisors how to use The Signatry’s technology platform to initiate contributions, recommend grants, view investment activity and download statements Assist donors and advisors with fund changes, user record updates, investment allocation inquiries and fund rebalance requests Help families think about and formalize succession planning related to transferring stewardship of their DAF(s) from one generation to the next to continue their Kingdom impact Partner with Client Success team members to help facilitate the efficient processing of contributions and grants through proactive and consistent communication Participate with the Tech and Marketing teams to provide implementation expertise and details about The Signatry system, including usage and how to best support the needs of those we serve Provide project related support to maintain consistent recordkeeping in all systems Coordinate and collaborate with other teams within The Signatry to streamline shared processes Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role Attend Signatry events to develop deeper relationships with donors and colleagues, if the opportunity arisesKey Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role with experience and/or a strong desire to contribute to the success of charitable, faith-based missions and the donors that support them Bachelor’s degree preferred Demonstrated successful experience working in a high-transaction setting managing multiple activities and competing demands while maintaining control and a professional demeanor Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to correspond professionally and be approachable Proficiency in working with the Microsoft Office 365 suite and other cloud-based software solutions in an Apple computer ecosystem is necessary to successfully execute the day-to-day tasks of this role Ability to learn new technology platforms as necessary to execute this role Proactivity, adaptability, grace under pressure, a posture of continuous learning, and a solutions-focused approach to problem solving are essential standards of this position This role requires high ethical standards and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Alignment with The Signatry values and statement of faithWork Location
This full-time, salary (exempt) position can be based in our corporate office in Overland Park, KS in a hybrid in-office/WFH setting; or can be considered a remote position based upon the candidate
Pay Range
This full-time, salary position pays $52,000 - $54,000 annually, paid out bi-monthly.
