Field Supervisor at Renova One – Troy, Michigan

JOB SUMMARY: The Field Supervisor supports Renova One’s exterior renovation projects by providing job site oversight, material coordination, and field support across multiple active sites. This field-based role involves traveling between job sites throughout the day to monitor progress, ensure quality, deliver materials, and support roofing and exterior work including siding, gutters, decking, and trim. While roofing experience is preferred, this position is well-suited for individuals with general construction or field experience who are eager to learn and grow within the exterior renovation space.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Oversee warranty-related repairs and maintenance across multiple job sites
• Assist with exterior renovation work, including siding repairs and general exterior support as needed
• Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment between the shop and job sites
• Move between multiple job sites throughout the day to support team and project needs
• Provide on-site support and coordination, helping ensure projects stay on track and run efficiently
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites in accordance with company standards
• Work both independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of daily tasks after training
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and needs
• Follow all safety procedures and best practices while working at heights and in varying weather conditions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in construction, exterior renovation, roofing, or general field work
• Roofing repair or service experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable performing a mix of hands-on labor, material handling, and general job site support
• Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
• Ability to work independently after training and manage time across multiple job sites
• Basic familiarity with construction tools, ladders, and safety equipment
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
