Leasing Agent at Michael Development – Delano, Minnesota

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced part-time Leasing Agent for a 145-unit luxury apartment building in Delano, MN. The position hours are Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (up to 15 hours per week, with possibility of more if approved)

Leasing Agent Responsibilities and Duties

-Answer incoming calls professionally

-Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads

-Outreach to prospective tenants

-Show & lease apartments

-Help prospects find the right apartment home

-Interact with residents & take work orders

-Follow up on apartment leads

-Assist with Move ins and Move outs & maintain resident files

-Other duties as assigned by property/resident manager

-Yardi experience is preferred, but not required

Leasing Agent Qualifications and Skills

-Leasing Experience Required or Excellent Customer Service skills

-Organized & Punctual

Pay: Hourly wage $20 - $22, depending on experience, plus commission on leases.

Benefits: Paid Sick & Safe Time (For every 30 hours worked, 1 hour is earned)
