This role focuses on driving strategic growth across key national accounts within a highly specialized and scientific sales environment. You will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with major clients while understanding their operational, clinical, and technical needs. Acting as a central business driver, you will shape commercial strategies that increase market share and maximize revenue across a complex product portfolio. The position requires strong coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction. You will operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where precision, relationship management, and commercial excellence are essential. This is a key role with direct impact on business performance and customer success at a national level.
You will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key accounts while driving commercial performance and market expansion.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share within assigned key accounts.
- Manage sales performance, orders, margins, and overall commercial results across the portfolio.
- Identify client needs in terms of product performance, delivery, service, and training, and coordinate internal responses.
- Lead tender and bid processes for assigned accounts, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in CRM systems to support forecasting and visibility.
- Drive sales funnel management, ensuring reliable forecasting and proactive corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product demonstrations, installations, and client training.
- Engage with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to promote the full product offering.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and support continuous improvement through client feedback.
Requirements:
This role requires strong experience in complex account management within a technical or scientific sales environment.
- Proven experience in key account management or strategic sales roles.
- Background in medical, scientific, or highly technical sales environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Solid experience managing CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
