About This Position

Senior Product Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in United Kingdom.

This role sits at the heart of a high-growth consumer marketplace redefining how pet owners and travelers connect across the globe. You will own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding experience, shaping the very first impression users have of the product—from landing on the homepage through to sign-up and first payment. Working in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and growth teams to improve conversion and build trust at scale. The focus is on combining strong visual craft with rigorous CRO thinking to elevate both aesthetics and performance. You will help redesign critical user journeys that directly impact growth, retention, and revenue. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where design decisions are tightly linked to measurable business outcomes and real user impact.

Accountabilities

You will own the acquisition and onboarding experience across web and mobile, driving conversion improvements through design excellence, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Own the full acquisition journey from homepage and landing pages through onboarding and first payment flows
  • Design and optimize conversion-focused experiences through continuous experimentation and A/B testing
  • Collaborate with CRO, product, engineering, CRM, and data teams to define hypotheses and success metrics
  • Translate user insights and analytics (e.g., Amplitude) into actionable design improvements and test ideas
  • Elevate UI and visual design quality across all acquisition touchpoints to ensure a premium user experience
  • Contribute to experimentation strategy and roadmap prioritization, not just execution of design tasks
  • Support growth initiatives by improving trust signals, engagement, and onboarding effectiveness
Requirements

You bring strong experience in growth-focused product design within consumer-facing digital products, with a deep understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior.

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer working on acquisition, onboarding, or conversion optimization
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI craft and measurable impact on key business metrics
  • Experience designing and running experiments in fast-paced, data-informed environments
  • Ability to frame hypotheses, define problems clearly, and translate insights into testable design solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product managers, engineers, data, and growth teams
  • Experience with B2C products, ideally marketplaces or subscription-based platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and digital trust-building mechanisms
Benefits
  • Competitive salary with regular reviews
  • Bonus scheme and generous equity package
  • Fully remote working from anywhere (UK tax residency required)
  • £200 annual home office budget + full Apple equipment provided
  • Flexible working hours depending on role requirements
  • Healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and wellbeing support plans
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and extended festive closure
  • Quarterly company meetups and global co-working access
  • Learning and development budget with dedicated time for growth
  • Pet-related benefits including membership perks, travel support, and adoption assistance
  • Volunteering days and charitable giving initiatives
