Working at senior level within a global design organization, you will influence both technical architecture and design direction across key product initiatives. The role requires deep systems thinking, strong engineering fluency, and the ability to translate abstract problems into scalable, elegant solutions. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to ensure design quality is embedded from concept through production. • Lead the design and development of high-impact product experiences, translating complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive, production-ready solutions
• Create high-fidelity coded prototypes and interaction models to communicate design direction and validate product concepts
• Define and influence architectural and technical design decisions in collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Advance and scale the design system as core product infrastructure, ensuring consistency, reusability, and scalability across AI-native experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, translate them into design solutions, and ensure alignment with business and technical goals
• Participate in end-to-end product development, ensuring design integrity and user experience quality throughout implementation
• Mentor designers and engineers, contributing to a strong design culture and raising the overall bar for craft and execution
• Act as a bridge between design, engineering, and product strategy, enabling effective trade-offs and high-quality delivery outcomes

• 12+ years of experience in product design, UX engineering, design systems, or related disciplines
• Strong hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
• Proven experience shipping production-grade digital products and influencing technical and design architecture
• Experience building or contributing to AI-driven or agentic user experiences, with awareness of modern AI tooling and workflows
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and end-to-end customer journeys
• Ability to translate complex systems and data-rich environments into intuitive and scalable user experiences
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on implementation and technical feasibility decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding design or engineering teams
• Strong systems thinking mindset with ability to balance scalability, usability, and technical constraints
