As a Service Manager, you will help create a highly functioning team so that the branch can successfully meet and exceed budgeted goals in sales, service, customer satisfaction, and cost control. The Service Manager directs the service activities of the branch to serve the customers within the organizations target market in an extraordinary manner so that the organizations brand name and reputation continue to flourish.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide direction, training, coaching, and leadership to all branch team members
- Develop a positive rapport with all service team members by spending no less than 1 hour per week with each individual
- Maintain a positive and safe work environment for all team members
- Check in with each service team member a minimum of once per day
- Conduct in person field training and quality control checks alongside service team members
- Travel to customer locations to inspect and evaluate services if you suspect a team member is not performing services properly
- Ensure all service team members are adequately trained to perform their job duties
- Provide ongoing training on all product labels with all team members
- Review production and performance of service team members daily to ensure completion of all services each month
- Communicate service goals to all service team members
- Provide specific directions and listen to team member feedback to achieve goals
- Communicate service issues and production information to the Branch Manager
- Ensure that team members reflect the appropriate company image including uniform guidelines and vehicle appearance
- Ensure every service vehicle is properly equipped at all times
- Communicate staffing and hiring issues to the Branch Manager
- Listen and respond to customer complaints or requests within 24 business hours
- Ensure that service team members are performing thorough and accurate inspections for WDOs (Wood Destroying Organisms) and pest problems
- Audit and approve service agreements
- Assist Branch Manager in maintaining proper inventory of pest control, termite, and related products and issue to team members as appropriate
- Review treatment procedures with team members servicing customers
- Participate in and conduct meetings as required
- Comply with all state and federal regulations
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Perform other duties as required by management
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be able to work a standard 40-50 hour work week
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
