This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling digital health organization focused on transforming chronic disease care through technology-enabled clinical programs. The Director of Enrollment Operations will own the end-to-end journey from member registration through clinical onboarding and activation, ensuring a seamless, high-conversion experience. This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role combining analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. You will directly influence member access to care, revenue realization, and overall patient experience quality. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Marketing, you will design and continuously improve scalable enrollment systems. The environment is data-driven, mission-oriented, and fast-paced, requiring both executional rigor and strategic thinking.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end enrollment funnel, from registration completion through clinical onboarding, lab testing, and activation, ensuring seamless member progression.
  • Define and execute strategy for enrollment operations, driving funnel design, performance optimization, and innovation in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Build and lead continuous process improvement initiatives across care coordination, clinical workflows, logistics, scheduling, and onboarding operations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Monitor and analyze key funnel metrics daily, including conversion rates, scheduling success, kit delivery, lab completion, and activation performance.
  • Manage operational capacity across clinical and support teams to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing enrollment operations team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical operations, care delivery, supply chain, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless execution and handoffs.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine processes, improve conversion rates, and reduce drop-offs across the member journey.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, healthcare delivery, clinical programs, or high-growth, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong expertise in operational analytics, funnel performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proven track record of improving workflows in healthcare operations, logistics, fulfillment, or service delivery systems.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, and technical functions.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into execution.
  • Preferred: experience in digital health, B2B2C healthcare models, or clinical onboarding environments.
  • Preferred: familiarity with lab operations, medical device logistics, or patient onboarding workflows.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation ranging from $165,000 to $185,000.
  • Equity participation opportunities.
  • 100% employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for employees; 80% coverage for dependents.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with strong support for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Unlimited vacation policy with manager approval.
  • 16 weeks fully paid parental leave for birthing parents and 8 weeks for non-birthing parents.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Strong culture focused on innovation, trust, and employee well-being.
