This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Application Engineer in India.
This role sits at the center of enterprise systems delivery, supporting critical applications that power end-to-end business processes such as CPQ and revenue operations. You will work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Analysts to configure, test, and maintain scalable CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements. The position involves contributing to the evolution of Revenue Cloud capabilities while ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and process efficiency. You will play a key role in testing, documentation, and technical support across enterprise applications and integrations. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-paced, requiring strong coordination with cross-functional teams across regions, including alignment with US business hours. - Configure and support Salesforce CPQ solutions based on defined business and technical specifications, ensuring accurate and scalable system implementation.
- Participate in end-to-end testing activities including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and compliance.
- Assist in building and maintaining test scripts, supporting QA processes, and identifying defects or gaps in CPQ configurations and workflows.
- Support day-to-day administrative and analytical tasks within the Enterprise Applications team, ensuring system stability and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical debt remediation across CPQ and related enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on Lead-to-Cash processes, supporting configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Assist with integrations and support activities involving third-party tools such as DocuSign, OwnBackup, and RingLead, as required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of releases, enhancements, and system updates.
- Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Administrator, and Platform Developer I certifications (required).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CPQ in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Strong experience in Lead-to-Cash processes, including renewals, amendments, co-termination, and subscription-based business models.
- Solid understanding of CPQ features such as Advanced Approvals, Price Rules, and Advanced Order Management.
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Sage.
- Strong knowledge of third-party tools like DocuSign or other eSignature/document generation platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, with exposure to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is a strong plus.
