Chief of Staff to CCO (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff to CCO - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as a crucial leadership force multiplier within the Customer Organization. Your contributions will amplify impact, expedite decision-making, and refine the operational cadence of the Customer Leadership Team. Working closely with the Chief Customer Officer, you will steer strategic initiatives and drive the execution of operational plans. This position requires a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution to transform vision into reality, ensuring that the organization can achieve its objectives with clarity and speed.
Accountabilities
  • Partner with the EVP & CCO to shape and advance strategic agendas.
  • Translate strategies into actionable plans, ensuring accountability.
  • Maintain transparency about initiative progress and risks.
  • Lead execution of CCO-driven initiatives, guaranteeing momentum.
  • Architect the operating cadence for the Customer Leadership Team.
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities and outcomes across leaders.
  • Integrate multiple functions, reducing friction and ambiguity.
  • Prepare decision-ready materials with insights and recommendations.
  • Represent the CCO's perspective in decision-making processes.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues proactively across organizational boundaries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field required.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 10+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or general management roles.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives in complex environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.
  • Ability to operate with authority in absence of formal leadership.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort in ambiguous situations.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to impose order and clarity in complex environments.
