Service Assembler in Americus, Georgia at Ridezilla

BW South Georgia / Ridezilla in Americus, GA is currently seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Service Department Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assist with assembling and prepping new units, as well as performing basic maintenance and detailing on pre-owned units. You will work hands-on with a variety of powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and personal watercraft.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin their career in the powersports industry. No advanced technician experience is required—just a strong mechanical mindset, willingness to learn, and passion for powersports.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prep new units according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Perform basic maintenance, inspections, and detailing on pre-owned units.
• Ensure proper and safe use of tools, equipment, and technology.
• Repair and maintain equipment as needed under guidance.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate findings to the service team.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines.

• Previous experience as a service or vehicle technician is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a passion for powersports will be considered.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow all safety rules and organizational procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain one.
• Solid problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to grow with the company and stay current on new powersports technologies.
