Position Description:
The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and direction for large, complex industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects (airports, data centers, refineries, power plants, etc.)This role carries full responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction — from preconstruction through close-out.
What You’ll Own- Lead overall project execution in partnership with the Superintendent
- Full P&L responsibility including forecasting, cost control, and profitability
- Change order strategy, negotiations, and risk management
- CPM schedule oversight and recovery planning
- Primary client and stakeholder relationships
- Financial reporting and executive updates
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Position Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience managing large, complex civil, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience owning project financials (P&L, forecasting, cost control)
- Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction contract management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage demanding client relationships
