- Lead and manage a team of engineers, driving performance, engagement, and continuous professional development.
- Architect and oversee the design of secure, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality standards, review processes, and deployment guidelines.
- Drive project execution, including roadmap planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Oversee system reliability and live operations, developing processes and playbooks to resolve complex production issues.
- Promote innovation by contributing to tooling, automation, and reusable engineering frameworks.
- 7–9+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong track record of delivering production-grade systems.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, scalable environment.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C++, JavaScript, or similar.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, and modern development practices.
- Experience or familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, dependency analysis, or secure software development.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with people management while remaining hands-on in coding and architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $140,400 to $372,300 annually, depending on experience and location.
