Heavy Duty Field Technician - SIGNING BONUS OFFERED at Chinook Equipment – Nisku, Alberta

Chinook Equipment in Nisku is looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Field Technician with off-road experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be required to travel long distances with overnight trips, including travel up to Fort McMurray. The successful candidate can expect to earn a wage of $44-$55 per hour, depending on experience.

We are prepared to offer a SIGNING BONUS of $2,500-$5,000 depending on the right candidate

Who we’re looking for:

• Journeyman Technician with Field experience is mandatory. Preference given to those with broad knowledge in off-road equipment
• We will not move forward with applicants looking for contract work. This is an opportunity to become a full employee with Chinook Equipment
• Strong hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform heavy physical work, including working in the outdoor elements, and must be able to lift at least 50lbs and up more
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and pre-employment drug screening
• Valid Driver’s License
