Position Overview:
ANSER is seeking a Counterproliferation Special Programs (CPSP) Program Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Nuclear Matters (ODASW(NM)).
The position requires onsite work at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Perform complex evaluations of CPSP-funded programs, projects, and other funded activities, including identification of options, acquisition strategies, management procedures and processes, and/or information systems to assist the Director in exercising acquisition oversight and resource management.
- Integrate all functions and activities necessary to assist the Director in managing a portfolio of investments, including resource management and acquisition oversight.
- Provide direction to project team personnel, ensuring timelines and project goals are met.
- Interface directly with Director, CPSP, to provide direct customer support.
- Interface with project managers and technical subject matter experts from DoW and U.S. Government organizations funded by the CPSP program.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelors degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, engineering, technology, or management.
- 11+ years of experience in program analysis and documentation, project planning and scheduling, finance and accounting, risk analysis, technology planning, process improvement, and/or cost estimation in a DoD staff environment.
- Extensive expertise and knowledge of DoD PPBE and Defense Acquisition System policies, procedures, and processes, specifically as it relates to information technology acquisition.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Deterrence, Chemical, and Biological Defense, Policy and Programs (OASD(ND-CBD)).
