About This Position
The Technical Onboarding Specialist partners with Implementation Managers to configure and launch client applications during the onboarding process. This internal-facing role focuses on delivering accurate, timely technical setups that support smooth and successful client launches.
Rather than working directly with clients, this position collaborates closely with Implementation Managers to ensure all technical configurations are completed correctly and efficiently prior to launch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable following structured processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Follow detailed onboarding instructions and internal SOPs to complete client application setups
- Partner closely with Implementation Managers to gather and verify required onboarding information
- Respond to Implementation Managers within one business hour during working hours
- Complete onboarding tasks accurately while meeting defined project timelines
- Ensure all required technical configurations are completed prior to client launch
- Document setup progress and updates within internal systems
- Identify missing information, potential issues, or blockers and escalate when needed
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources by documenting troubleshooting steps and configuration insights
- Track task completion metrics and identify trends that could improve onboarding efficiency or reduce errors
- Monitor internal task queues for incoming setup requests
- Maintain a high level of consistency and quality across all client configurations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
- Quick learner with an aptitude for adapting to new technologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions or specifications
- Comfortable working within project management tools, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms
- At least 1 year of experience in technical customer support
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in structured environments using SOPs, workflows, or defined processes
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
- Experience in implementation, onboarding, or internal technical operations
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or technical configuration tools
- Reliable internet access with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- 100% remote, full-time W2 position through Deel (Employer of Record), contracted to Daxko.
- Approximately 40–50 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
