Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $40 per hour plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime.
Project Scope: Residential & Commercial Roofing / Exteriors.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
You will serve as a high-impact field leader, taking extreme ownership of diverse residential and commercial solar projects. This role empowers you to drive excellence in craftsmanship while building systems that help a scaling company reach the next level of operational success. You will be a vital protector of the companys reputation, ensuring every installation is code-compliant, efficient, and professional.
How You Will Make an ImpactExecute high-quality solar installations with a focus on clean, code-compliant electrical and structural work.
Lead on-site operations by moving with urgency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and precision.
Solve real-time technical and logistical obstacles to prevent project delays and ensure seamless job completion.
Communicate proactively with homeowners, inspectors, and management to provide transparency and professional representation.
Maintain accountability across the field team, raising the standard of performance for everyone on the job site.
Improve internal processes and installation systems to increase efficiency as the company continues to scale.
Protect the company's best interests by treating every project with the integrity and care of an owner.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar field operations or a related electrical/roofing leadership role.
Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and execute complex solar arrays with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated track record of maintaining high-quality standards and meeting strict project deadlines.
Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments as required by the business.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the brand professionally to external stakeholders.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience in mentoring junior installers and fostering a culture of accountability and pride in craftsmanship.
Advanced knowledge of residential and commercial solar equipment and racking systems.
Bi-weekly pay cycle with eligibility for performance and year-end bonuses.
