About the Role:
ARTHOUSE London is a creative digital agency focused on helping theatre, live entertainment and cultural experiences connect meaningfully with audiences through strategic, data-informed campaigns and compelling storytelling. We combine digital strategy, creative content, media planning, and audience growth to deliver work that drives impact, engagement and ticket sales.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our ARTHOUSE London team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, integrated marketing campaigns for our clients. This role sits at the centre of campaign execution, ensuring seamless coordination across strategy, creative, media, and analytics to bring ideas to life effectively and efficiently.

Your work will directly impact campaign performance, client satisfaction, and the scalability of our delivery operations, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, insights are clearly communicated, and opportunities for optimisation are continuously identified.

Please note: this is a full time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We work on a hybrid model: most weeks the ARTHOUSE London team works 4 days per week onsite and 1 day at home.


What Success Looks Like:
  • Campaign Delivery Excellence → Campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative and operational standard, with minimal errors or rework required.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement → Identifying and implementing a meaningful process that enhances team efficiency, clarity, or delivery speed.
  • Client Confidence & Satisfaction → Building trusted client relationships through clear communication, proactive updates, and positive feedback on campaign execution and collaboration.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Alignment → Effectively coordinating with strategy, creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are fully aligned, well-executed, and informed by data-driven insights.
  • Performance Insight & Impact → Delivering clear, actionable reporting that not only tracks KPIs but surfaces insights that improve future campaign performance and client outcomes.
  • Scalable Delivery Practices → Contributing to the development of repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that support Arthouse’s growth and increasing campaign volume.
What Youll Do:
  • Lead the on-going execution of client campaigns, owning timelines and deliverables from briefing to launch.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for client questions about campaign activity, status, timings and outputs. Monitor campaign performance and raise actionable insights with internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare briefing documents, status updates and post-campaign recaps for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings to capture actions, clarify priorities and translate needs into clear internal next steps.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards, ensuring performance is evaluated against agreed KPIs.
  • Highlight trends and operational learnings that can improve delivery processes and client experience.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, media buying, digital and analytics teams to ensure seamless and integrated campaign execution.

Were Looking for Someone With:
  • 4+ years’ experience in account management or campaign delivery within an agency, consultancy or marketing environment.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and campaign workflows.
  • Familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Google Workspace or similar.
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a collaborative mindset.
