Job Description Overview

Solution Consulting Technical Services provides and maintains the Logility End-To-End Solution environment that enables the presentation of the Logility platform to prospects and clients, including demo, POC and sandbox environemnts and provides feature knowledge transfer to the Solution Consultants.

1. The Solution Consulting Technical Services team supports the maintenance of the end to end Enterprise Group demo environment.
   1. New Data Loads
   2. Date Rolls
   3. Support software updates
   4. Testing

1. Supports the sales effort with any product specific needs, such as Proof of Concept demos or Sandbox environments
   1. Environment Configuration
   2. Data Procurement with the prospect
   3. Data manipulation/cleansing/transformation
   4. Data Loading
   5. Analysis
   6. Handover to the SC team

1. For longer project support for the project management of the engagement/POC

1. Domain Knowledge: Subject matter expert in Supply Chain solutions associated with the planning and execution of products. S&OP, Vendor Management, Demand, Inventory, Supply, Traceability, Manufacturing/Scheduling and Analytics. Also, knowledgeable of the industry best practices within the Logility target marketThe Solution Consulting Technical Services team supports the maintenance of the end to end Enterprise Group demo environment.
