This executive role offers a unique opportunity to shape and advance the enterprise disputes strategy while influencing key stakeholders across operations, product, and industry channels. You will lead the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap, translating complex operational capabilities into clear, actionable strategies and messaging for executives, clients, and industry audiences. The role requires building and leading high-performing teams, driving engagement programs, and establishing the organization as a thought leader in dispute management. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities with market dynamics, regulatory trends, and client needs. This is a high-impact position for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven leader seeking to advance disputes strategy at the organizational and industry level.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and lead the enterprise disputes strategy and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and client needs
  • Partner with operations, client experience, product, technology, and industry teams to translate strategy into sequenced, actionable initiatives
  • Provide executive-level guidance on prioritization, trade-offs, and capability development
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, executive briefings, and industry forums as a senior thought leader in disputes
  • Oversee strategic planning, client engagement programs, and industry positioning, translating complex operating models and data into compelling executive narratives
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations for senior leadership, clients, and industry audiences
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams responsible for strategy, engagement, and industry positioning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise strategy, consulting, or financial services, with demonstrated success at VP or executive level
  • Proven ability to influence strategy and outcomes across complex organizations
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience engaging executive leadership to drive meaningful organizational and process change
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated capability to manage innovation and develop creative solutions beyond conventional approaches
  • Experience with financial analysis, risk management, and/or regulatory compliance
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills, with comfort operating under high-pressure, deadline-driven conditions
  • Willingness to travel as required
