- Develop and implement comprehensive training content covering coronary procedures, products, and clinical data across multiple formats such as e-learning, live sessions, and product launches
- Manage and evolve digital learning strategies, including content governance across learning management systems and platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (clinical, regulatory, R&D, marketing) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of training materials
- Maintain and enhance standardized global training assets, including presentations, communications, and educational resources
- Partner with internal teams and external experts to deliver training programs for sales teams, new hires, and customers
- Support strategic planning and execution of quarterly and annual training initiatives aligned with business goals
- Act as a subject matter expert during field engagements, conferences, and customer interactions
- Track training effectiveness, manage budgets, and continuously optimize program impact
Requirements:
- Significant experience in medical device, healthcare, clinical training, or related environments (10+ years depending on education level)
- Strong background in instructional design, sales training, or content development within a technical or clinical domain
- Solid understanding of coronary procedures, interventional cardiology, or cath lab environments is highly desirable
- Experience managing learning platforms and tools such as LMS systems or authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise)
- Ability to interpret and translate complex clinical data into clear, engaging training content
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and optimize outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Instructional Design, Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus
