Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, staging, loading, and unloading pallets of finished goods within the shipping and warehouse areas. This role plays a critical part in maintaining on-time transfers, supporting outbound shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers, transfers, and outbound shipments according to shipping schedules.
• Move, stage, and rack pallets in designated systematic locations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and always follow safety protocols.
• Assist in scanning, labeling, and verifying products as needed to maintain system accuracy.
• Support Shipping Supervisors with dock organization and product flow.
• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
