We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/French) Recovery Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are persuasive, results-driven, and enjoy building strong relationships with clients. You will play a key part in ensuring client satisfaction while helping our organisation achieve its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with client accounts to provide guidance, support, and timely follow-ups
  • Communicate effectively with clients to offer solutions and maintain positive relationships
  • Negotiate agreements and assist clients in managing their account needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Demonstrate persistence, problem-solving, and adaptability to achieve outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and French (mandatory)
  • Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable reaching out to clients and following up consistently
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven with the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Previous experience in Collections, sales, or marketing roles is a plus
