Now we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team players to join our Commissary team as Meat Production Clerks.

What you’ll do
• Prepare and portion raw meats according to recipes and production standards
• Marinate, season, and package products for retail and prepared foods
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• Operate and clean meat processing equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Support daily production targets in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for
• Comfortable working with raw meat and in a refrigerated environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle early morning or afternoon shifts
• Previous kitchen, butcher, or production experience is an asset

All entry-level roles begin at minimum wage ($17.60/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
