In this role, you will support the development of innovative consumer products, contributing to designs that delight millions of users every day. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical product specifications for owned brand products, ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and refine products that meet style, function, and value goals
  • Monitor vendor products, performance testing, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation
  • Support product quality control processes and ensure adherence to government regulatory and internal safety requirements
  • Research trends in materials, manufacturing, and technology to inform product development strategies
  • Contribute to cost optimization, sustainability initiatives, and operational efficiency across product lines
  • Communicate technical recommendations to internal teams and vendors to successfully bring products to market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in product development, ideally in consumer goods, kitchen/tabletop, or decor manufacturing
  • Technical knowledge of product manufacturing processes and materials
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative thinking and innovation mindset
  • Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards for product quality and performance
