We are looking for a career orientedHVACMaintenance Technician II to join our team at Ardsley Ridge Townhomes & Apartments in Reynoldsburg, OH.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

Pay of $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
$100.00 on-call bonus.

What We Need from you:

HVAC EPA Certification required
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
40 hours per week
On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
