About PeopleLift
PeopleLift is a bilingual staffing and HR consulting firm with operations in Atlanta, GA and San Juan, Puerto Rico — and two consecutive years awars as one of the fastest-growing companies. We partner with clients across fiber optic and data center infrastructure, finance, healthcare, construction, and technology to deliver top-tier talent solutions. Our team is people-first, fast-moving, and deeply committed to finding the right fit for both clients and candidates.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Contract Recruiter based in Puerto Rico to support high-volume hiring initiatives across our U.S. mainland client portfolio. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple requisitions simultaneously — sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates at scale while maintaining the quality and personal touch that defines the PeopleLift brand. This is a contractor engagement with the potential for long-term collaboration as our nearshore team grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple open requisitions simultaneously for U.S.-based clients in sectors such as infrastructure, construction, finance, and technology.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (ZipRecruiter, Indeed), ATS platforms, and direct outreach strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and structured candidate evaluations aligned with each client's requirements and culture.
- Prepare and submit polished candidate presentation packages, including highlight summaries and compensation context, to the PeopleLift lead team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the ATS (experience with JazzHR or Loxo preferred) throughout each stage of the pipeline.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications, ensuring a professional and responsive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate directly with PeopleLift leadership to align sourcing strategy with client priorities and adjust to volume surges.
- Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics, including sourcing targets, outreach volume, and submission timelines.
- Represent PeopleLift's values with professionalism and discretion in all candidate and client interactions.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a proven focus on high-volume or mass-volume hiring for U.S. employers or staffing firms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 15+ active requisitions concurrently while maintaining submission quality and speed.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, UpLeads, or equivalent talent intelligence platforms.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms; experience with JazzHR, Loxo, or similar systems is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage given our Puerto Rico and U.S. bilingual client base.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment law basics, EEOC compliance, and ethical recruiting practices.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-management, meet deadlines in a remote environment, and communicate proactively with the PeopleLift team.
- Experience recruiting across any of the following verticals is a plus: fiber optic/data center infrastructure, construction, healthcare, finance and accounting, or technology.
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools and productivity platforms (e.g., Clay, Lemlist, Granola, or similar) to enhance sourcing and outreach efficiency.
What We Offer
- Fully remote, flexible contract engagement based in Puerto Rico.
- Collaborative and supportive team culture with direct access to PeopleLift leadership.
- Competitive contractor compensation commensurate with experience and performance.
- Exposure to a diverse client portfolio across multiple high-demand industries in the U.S. market.
