This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact product-led growth engine within a fast-growing European SaaS environment. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, experimentation, and revenue impact, owning key parts of the customer journey from activation through expansion. The position is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with product, engineering, data, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, running experiments, and translating insights into measurable product improvements. With a strong focus on PLG strategy and monetisation, this role directly influences revenue performance and customer value creation. It is an ideal opportunity for a senior product leader who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven, and scale-up environments.
- Own and drive the product-led growth motion across activation, adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell
- Define and execute growth strategies that improve conversion, engagement, and monetisation across the customer journey
- Lead experimentation and data-driven initiatives to identify opportunities for product and revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align growth strategies
- Translate customer insights and product analytics into actionable roadmap decisions and measurable outcomes
- Contribute to embedding AI-first and data-driven ways of working within product development practices
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to continuously optimise PLG performance and business impact
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to PLG, growth, or monetisation-focused roles
- Strong track record of driving measurable improvements in adoption, conversion, retention, or revenue growth
- Deep understanding of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed decision-making
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business and revenue outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around growth objectives
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and ability to operate effectively in complex, scaling environments
- Experience in SaaS scale-up environments is highly desirable
